Elegance, style, character, personality, savoir-faire in an enchanted context. Born from the recovery of an old 16th-17th century barn, it has always been a historical reference point for all the citizens of Bossolasco. Many of them have a great little story to tell linked to this place, in fact it was a barn where most of their families and their ancestors worked.
After a long conservative renovation, today it changes its look and becomes a place of luxury hospitality, which aspires to be a cornerstone for this wonderful area of Piedmont, a territory that has been able to attract international attention above all thanks to its food and wine.
Today the barn has been completely renovated and transformed in a Relais. Thanks to the recovery of old cement tiles for floors, the use of debris from the building site to strengthen the surrounding earth, to the scouring of local markets and auctions to find precious trinkets to make this structure unique. We also used a local workforce to assure that the heart of the building remained the same. The Relais now welcomes it guest to savour a relaxing atmosphere and enjoy good food every moment of the day.

A proposal that embraces all hours of the day. It begins with our tailor-made breakfast served in the restaurant, in your room, or wherever you wish within the Relais. You can continue in grand style with our Alta Langa brunch set up in the garden and throughout the Relais during the weekend or by the pool with an all-day menu. At sunset you can enjoy an aperitif in the outdoor lounge or within the welcoming walls of the Crystal bar. Dinner takes center stage inside the L’Orangerie by Di Pinto or if you wish something more informal you can visit our Pizzeria where we serve both classic and contemporary pizzas and delicious tapas
Guests can enjoy the relaxing wellness area with indoor therapeutic pool heated to 40°, Comfort Zone or Ayurvedic massages, fitness area and outdoor infinity pool on our comfortable canopied loungers kissed from the first light of the morning until sunset.

The Wellness Area and the outdoor swimming pool are also accessible to external guests by reservation only and subject to availability.
A large vegetable garden cultivated with painstaking care is one of the precious assets available to the kitchen for vegetables, greens and a multitude of aromatic herbs, making the most of seasonality. The perimeter of the structure is completely surrounded by ivy which over time will build a natural wall merging with the surrounding vineyards. The large Italian garden is planted with over 350 roses, evergreens and hydrangeas, which surround both the reception areas and the perimeter of the Relais.
To preserve the tradition of Bossolasco, a further 12 varieties of English roses have been planted within the structure, given their adaptability and resistance to altitude and in order to further increase the varieties present in the area.
A vision of sustainable luxury, taking advantage of the original structure as much as possible, implemented with solar panels, the recovery of rain water and choosing not to open the Relais during the coldest months.
Many small details for an intelligent, anti-waste approach that does not affect guests’ comfort in any way.
A multitude of spaces are at your disposal for small and large private and corporate events.
It’s possible to privatize areas and zones from 10 to 200 people, according to needs, while for weddings the entire structure is granted only in its entirety.

Picnics aboard our Fiat Spiaggina accompanied by our chef, electric bicycles for a comfortable ride through the hills or a personal yoga service for a tailor-made workout in the open air, rather than in a gym within four walls. Organized visits with private shuttle and personalized tastings in the renowned cellars of the area; white truffle hunting with a trifolau in the woods and hazelnut groves of the Langhe.
